Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Cronus account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
